Ya, you have to first download it from DC and than just seed it as much as you can. Remember that it doesn't count as DL but only as UL. So, that's good for you.
You can only seed the torrent without DL when you put something of your's on DC (any music, movie etc). If you don't know how to do that than refer to the guides/tutorials in the site assistance section.
PS: Your ratio has improved a lot, so keep up the hard work and it will be paid off.

since my ratio is higher if i download say another drama does that mean my ratio's down the tolet again (so 2 speak)

drama section torrents r no longer ratio free...check announcement section.....

in my opinion go 4 only ratio free torrents(music)....few days & grab little bit ratio.....then go 4 non ratio free torrents

Just to be on the safe side, grab another 700mb of upload. This will mean that you are definitely on the safe side. Remember the new 4gb rule. The wait time will apply to you as you haven't UL 4gb. If you are thinking of DL drama, you shouldn't in my opinion. This is because it counts as 0.5-1.0 ratio and you have to wait as well before you can DL it. There hardly would any leachers once you grab a hold of it as well due to the long wait time.

The best suggestion would be to UL 4gb so no wait time apply to you. DL ratio free torrent in the mean time.
