the default location is C:\ which means u will find the snapshots in ur c drive

i cannot go to ur pc to find it mate.
open vlc, click on settings---->prefferences--->on the left side double click on video.
now look at the right side. u´ll c VIDEO SNAPSHOT DIRECTORY.
note whts written there.
