okay if i hav a vcd dat format file with resolution 352*288 @25 fps and i want to convert it to a avi file with dvd rip quality like resolution of 672*288 @23.9 fps what steps shud i take after installing the above software
Can any1 suggest?

If You Have Dat File, Then Rename The Dat File To Avi File & It Works.
