Remove Old Threads - Inactivity - MODs/SUPERMODs

Hello Mods/SuperMods/Junior Mods - Have you guys considered removing threads that are either inactive for a certain period or if the owner wishes to get their thread removed once they have no intention to re-seed?

I am not sure how others find this but I think it is really annonying to find the movie you want and realize it has been inactive for a long time and the original person is no longer interested in re-seeding.

mayb clubbing together threads would be a better idea ??

like lets say u have 3 episodes of particular documentary series or some special show like lead india etc which were aired for a limited duration.. as in they are not DAILY SOAPS and the like.. then once all the eps have aired and there are no new eps in that SEASON all the previous posts of each individual ep can be clubbed together in a single MEGA thread or BOX PACK ..

might save up some space to help the mods manage the back end

Does vBulletin have archiving features ? This way it becomes easier to manage, and the info is also available to users.
