hi i am having 256kb/s connection & using utorrent for downloading torrents while downloading a torrent i am getting only a speed of 1.5 kb/s to 2.5 kb/s. which is very slow. can anybody can tell me wt is the average speed for downloding or any other method to download faster.

see in torrent community ur download speed depends on many factors.

first and most important factor is how many ppl are seeding the torrent u trying to download
if u have more seeders say like 15-20 then u achieve maximum possible download speed.
now am not sure which provider u have so it will depend upon them also

your profile says u trying to download file which has only 2 seeders so ur download speed will depend on their upload speed and if they uploading at 1-2 kbps u will never get high speed which ur connection is capable of providing.

this is the basic thing u need to understand. always try downloading the stuff with min 15 seeders so u will get good speed based on ur cinnection

try downloading some tv serial for testing purpose and revert back here if u still getting low speed or somewhat above 25kbps

if u get low speed with latest tv serials as well then i will take u through advanced configration.
