I tried D/l 30th Jan Kayamath torrent, and was downloading fine, but then the lil bubble came up and got a msg saying torrent error, the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

How can I solve this problem?

Simple, you need to close that other process...

If you don't know what other process is trying to access it ie same file being touched/modified by 2 programs.. .so utorrent is unable to get exclusive access....

Are you copying / moving /watching that incomplete file ??? Or by mistake downloading in 2 clients ? or have thubnail display in explorer and have windows explorer open at same location/folder ?

If nothing helps, close utorrent and wait for a min then open it again ,.,. ,or lastly reboot ur computer....

please make sure you have only one process otherwise you may have to redownload the torrents or close your utorrents ant try to fix it because idf some how you may have open the utorrents twice it would have said that it is being used by another process
