Hi Bros i have a problem wid one torrent downloading,in fact b4 a bit i did try to download a movie torrent from DC,when i did open it in utorrent then in tracker status its show Failure: access denied, wait time in effect

what does this mean

To save from being banned either you have make upload to ratio at least above 0.65 within short time

anyway one more question that iz if i make gud ration then it will effect on my downloading speed?

Yes ratio = upload/download

so more you upload, the better the ratio.

If you maintain a good ratio,you can download any torrents without any wait time....But ratio doesnt affect your download speed .it depends upon your internet connection
Of course ratio depends on your upload speed bcoz with high upload speed you can upload more..with more upload your ratio(= total uploaded/total downloaded) will also be high..
Make a good ratio and enjoy at DC..

download drama/music torrents , those torrents will help you increase ur ratio as just upload is counted

If your upload speed is less, you have to upload(seed) the torrent for a long time even after completion of download..this will certainly help you in maintaining ratio..
releasing some nice torrents at DC will also help you..
anyway upload speed is usually less than the download speed for everyone

depends on number of leechers , it takes time to upload. seed till you have your ratio fixed.

There is nothing like that for any type of connection upload/download speed will be same..It depends upon number of seeders and leechers for the torrent..Usually download speed is greater than upload speed if number of seeders is more than number of leechers..also upload speed is greater than download speed if number of leechers is more than number of seeders..
There is no limit for you to seed any torrent file...you can seed as long as you want....
also you can seed any amount of file for any torrent,no file capacity limit...

I have the same problem too. The question is that on this very torrent that gave me this error, my upload is bigger than my download and my torrent ratio is 2,746. And my upload is not counted for. So, if I am under ratio warning and my upload is not counted for, how am I going to fix my ratio? Thank you.

which client r u using?

if using anyone except utorrent or azureus then u might be yet another case of dht uploading and none of your uploads can be traced due to the type of client u are using
