Hey go in the newbies help section and read the sticky's.There u will find everything.In short i will tell u that u have to have a client 4 downloading torrents like Bitcomet,Bit tornado,Azureus etc.Just surf the help section u will have no problems then.Good luck.

1.GO www.bitcomet.com
2.Download bitcomet
3.Return back to this site after installing bitcomet in u r comp..
4.Go to the thread n download the torrent u want...
5.Open the torrent in bitcomet...u r download will start..
6.Leave u r torrent open ...after u r done downloading...n seed till 1;1 ratio minimun...mopere if possible..

yup sahithi is right..other torrent softwares u can use are Azureus, BitTorrent, BitTornado...u can find all of these in download.com or googling it..hope this helps..
