Socket Operation Attemtpted to an Unreachable Host [Solved]

Whenever I try to download from DcT I always get the error "Socket Operation Attemtpted to an Unreachable Host" for some reason.

Firstly it was my uTorrent being banned so I've updated to the new uTorrent for about 2 weeks now yet I still get the same error.

Can anyone help please?

have peer guardian installed ? allow dct ip & it should work fine.
