now i am not even able to download anything from dct whatever i am trying to download its saying connection closed by peer
i don't know now what to do

I am facing the same problem for the past few days. I am using uTorrent 1.7.7 and all my arrows are red and the tracker status says: "Offline (timed out" The same with all torrents. For a few minutes today the arrows turned green, but they are back to red and the same tracker status message. And my ratio is not changing, although my uploads have been far more then my downloads.

continuing --- all my DHT is disabled and I have been reseeding downloads successfully for months. This problem started some 5 days ago.

Thanks for the info. I had already tried all the suggestions, but no change. However, this morning, 24 hours later, the trackers are back online. I don't get it!
