can anyone tell...how i can start seeding after uploading the thread....i am doing it for the first time...pls help.....i am able to create a torrent and upload it on dctorrent...but the seeding does'nt start.....

You need to download the torrent from the thread in order to seed. The original torrent you created will not work.

Yes..download it from the thread just like you would download any torrent except you would browse thru and select where the file is stored in your pc to start seeding.

I am having the same problem. I think this makes sense... but i am not sure yet. I will try it and see if i am able to do it now.

You create the torrent always with general announce address. Your account is attached with a Passkey. So when u download the torrent again using ur account, passkey is attached to ur torrent so that the upload can go to ur account.

So redownload the torrent. Open it in Bittorrent Client. It will ask for the Data. Just Browse for the Data and after 1-2 minutes, Upload with start. You will see in Client Tracker Response / Tracker status as OK or Working.

That means everything is fine. Upload will start only when any peer will be connected

Hi can someone help me iv seemed to uplaoded a bhangra album on here but when i open my bittorrent client it still showing a solid red line and it says i have 5 lec. Im not sure if i have done something wrong or what? an help is appricated. thanks

Go to newbie guide section and look for the closest topic that meets ur requirement. there r planty of guides with screen shots for better understandings. or switch to a new client like Azureus/utorrent/bitcomet.
