Also what you mean by increasing upload rate ? What rate you want ? Check your upload speed by some online testing site : speedtest.net

There is link to all guides in my sign.. You can do port forward and make sure all utorrent settings are correct.. and above links mention when to seed when.. ie how to get max upload speed... if there are no leechers then upload speed will obviously be low...

you can give donation to dctorrent and you can take ur ratio high

you should make threads in music or what ever and seed it
