Ans. A Torrent is a Kind of mini sized link, that guides you to a Complete Big File.. So in a Normal Person View Point, It is a Kind of Link to the Stuff you wanna Download..



Q. What is a Torrent Client??
Ans. A Torrent Client is a Software, that Handles your Torrent.. Means, your operating system doesn’t know about all formats..
For example, u need certain codecs, or players to play .avi(video) format. So, to get to the stuff using a thing with extension .torrnet, u need a Client..
There are numbers of Clients present, u can just goole the keyword “Torrent Clients”, nd u r On..




Q. What should be kept in Mind, when u use torrent..??
1.Always keep in mind, Its not only ur account is important to you, also, the Thing called “PASSKEY”, is really important.
2.Always Disable DHT status while downloading, to count each & every bit of ur Upload count.
3.Always Keep in mind ur ratio.. A Ratio is the thing What u UPLOAD, divisible by What u DOWNLOAD.
So, RATIO = UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD.
4.To have a Happy Stay, nd To Continue the benifits of the torrents always MAINTAIN RATIO ABOVE 1


Q.What is a Passkey??
A Passkey is usually a 32 letters, alphanumeric password.. We can call it FINGERPRINT OF UR ACCOUNT.
Now, every account has its own passkey. Loosing ur passkey to someone is Almost a Crime, nd is same as u r loosing ur password of ur account.
Now When you download something, the torrent is associated with ur account passkey, u can see ur passkey from control panel, or when u double click ur torrent, and when it asks you to where to save it, click advanced, nd u can see ur passkey..

Giving ur torrent to someone for downloading, or Uploading, is similar to giving ur accounts password.
Since the Person can easily extract ur passkey from that , nd misuse it, in many ways, Like
1.He can release ur torrent on public torrent sites, nd then everyone can use that particular torrent, Just Screwing ur ratio.
2.He can also have the account of his own, then he can download the torrent file from his account, nd at the time of starting the download, can replace his passkey, with yours, nd all data downloaded will be counted in your account..



So keep in mind, when u see something unusual with ur ratio, RESET ur PaSSKEY, nd Change ur Account Password..
