hmm... The song you have mentioned by Pankaj Udhas (Niklo Na Benaqab) is sang by Sonu Nigam or maybe it's a different song. The song sang by sonu nigam is Niklo na benaqab zamana kharab hai. If i'm not right the song you mentioned is the same one I'm talking about, if it's not that srry about it.

I am not sure. Might be a different song with same title. In this album, it is sung by Pankaj Udhas though. He is credited on the back cover (you can check) and I heard it as well, it is Pankaj's vocals.
