u should hav ben given a CD wid it, try dat. it should hav a suit on their like nokia do on their CD's

u buy da cd differently i connect it to ah coputer n coputer read it too but no soft.

ugotta hai mpt ( mobile phone tools) whcih comes wid the razor v3 data cable. jus install tht and u shud be able to do transfer all tones and videos
