press '*' and then press the upmost right button..........u r done.......i hope as mostly ericsson's set r unlocked like this

lol, he meant how to unlock it so it can be used with any network and any sim world wide :icon_razz

@topic, W810i requires a software to unlock it. It will cost u around £9. U can search google for ur problem and u will find many sites offering u software at price hovering between £9-15.

I am afraid no one can help u, u will have to splash out some bucks !

sorry guys but i had one software...and i lost it....and i unlocked my cell phone from that...
and now i can't seem to find that software...
i will post back whenever i find the software...
and i also do not remember the name of the software
so dont bother asking me the name
