i kno da *67 trick on nokias but it dont wurk on motorolas w/ t-mobile service!!!

go to Settings > In-Call Setup > My Caller ID and change it to Hide ID for Next Call Only or For All Calls...tht's how it works in my motorola phone

just put 141 before you ring the number...

so eg.
if the number is 12345678901

then dial, 14112345678901

In India, private numbers are alotted to special peoples.
You've gotta give application to the Comissioner of Police with valid reasons, and if he issues the N.O.C to you, show it to your Network Provider and your number will turn to Private Number.
Or else, I don't know if its possible...

it's not the problem with the network, it's the phone, because i have 3 phones, 1 nokia, 1 samsung and 1 motorola.
you can hide your caller id with nokia and samsung phone. but on some moto phones, you can acually hide your number only one at a time. there are some settings to do that only one time. so it's a pain i nthe neck.
however, u can call t mobile CS (1-800) number...
