mere pass nokia n95 (11 version) hai, maine do din pehle useh update kiya nokia ki offical site se nokia software updater, lakin update hone ke baad woh start to ho raha hai lakin screen mai kuch bhi nahi aha raha, just keypaid ki light jal rahai hai, or kuch bhi nahi ho raha hai,

please if you have any idea kindly help me thanks

bhai....lagta hai hai display ud gaya hai.......sirf software problem hai....!!
service center pe jaake theek karwaa lena...
and ya.....waise to software update ki khaas zarurat nahin hoti...but still if you want to have one......toh service center se karaaya kar...!!
another thing.....save your phone data in your pc before givin it to d service center...your phone will be formatted i guess.....!!!

mere pass n73 or E65 yeh do hai in dono ke sath yeh hua tha lakin meine update kiya or sahi ho ghaya tha bye......................

do as said above if nothing happens

go to NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE...if your phone in under warranty ....they won't charge you.

Just Go to Nokia Service Center and ask them to Upgrade ur FirmWare ..... they'll do it for free .....
The newest firmware version is 15.0.0.26.It has many new features and is more stable.

PS : Never upgrade ur cell urself untill and unless u exactly know what u are doin

I personally think, updating software is good, and pretty easy. If you have little knowledge of how to use computer and internet then you can do it yourself and not take it to any service center to do it.

I updated my old N73 twice in 10 months, and updated once N76 so far, and never anything went wrong.

While updating make sure:
* You donot stop the process in middle.
* You donot unplug your phone from PC.
* You donot do anything with your phone. No calls, nothing.

Always save your data on memory card. So that if you format and upgrade the SW nothing gets lost. Or simply, make a backup of your data before starting the upgrade process.

If possible please try to write proper title. Proper title can help ppl in searching, and can get more users to the thread to help you out.
