Smile Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

1lbs - boneless chicken cubes
1tbsp - coriander pdr (optional)
1/2tbsp -garam masala
1 tbsp -ginger garlic paste
1tsp - chilli pdr
kastori methi pdr
2 tbsp- lemon juice
1 small -onion,tomato ,bellpepper
salt to taste
2tbsp - sour cream or curd


Method

Cut chicken in to small cubes, wash nicely and apply lemon juice and spices Mix well and then keep the chicken pieces in this marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Put the chicken and other vegetables on to skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor for about 6 to 8 minutes, keep basting the chicken pieces with butter and cook until slightly colored and cooked.
Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.

does look pretty easy according to your instructions.

does that mean i dont need to cook more after i put chat masala.

I am wondering how will the masala cook then?
