i dont like this decision...
in my opnion previous decions which was counting half of dwonload was good... i see still lots of old torrents in TV sections stil alive.... But if TV torrents are free, specially for guests, they will juz download the torrent and will stop seeding after downloading, cuz it dosent matter for them, if its seeded or not... and if its open for guests, waiting time should be more than 2hrs.... this is juz my opinion.. so, no offence... |
