TV Torrents are now Ratio Free and Open to the Public
Dear Members and Guests
After much consideration we have once again open our TV torrents to the Public effective as of now. What this means to a DC Member and Guests? DC Member --TV Torents are ratio free. Download will not be counted but upload will be counted. Good way to improve your ratio.  Guests -- All new tv torrents have a 2 hour wait time. After 2 hours you can start downloading the torrent.
