Nice rule...ppl need to be pushed otherwise we all lose out

Nice rule. First, I thought it was unfair but now I think it's very fair. If you have time to download then you should also have time to seed it back for others

Why the rule only looks at the upload amount??
why there is no check on the download amount?
In case a person has just started and he wants to download something particular he shall be allowed to do so..coz if he/she downloads only then he / she can seed ...
And not everyone may be interested in the music downloads ....
please mods if this rule really needs to be there ..why isn't it based on the ratio ...?

You can download anything else but after 48hours a post has been posted... reason being many ppl end up downloading lots of stuff without uploading .. then they end up getting warned and banned... so this kind of rule to get into habbit of uploading and maintaining ratio is needed for a big site with 35K+ users...

Atleast you can download music and upload it to get over this rule ..

You need not leave ur pc on for 48 hours,.,

Re - read the rule..it is like if something is posted today .,. u can download it after 48hours... if new posts can be downloaded after 48hours ... so today u can download posts older than 48hours (exception of music torrents --> As they are ratio free)

I have been seeding whatever I have downloaded for over a week now. The problem is that no one is downloading from me. As soon as the torrent finish’s downloading, the seeds and peers count goes to 0 and get like a 1k upload speed. I did the music downloads and no luck either. My connection is not the issue either as I have uploaded at 200k+ speeds on other sites/trackers.

I was wondering what is a HOT torrent that I can download and seed to bring my ratio up?

"Bollywood Hangama Vol.3 (Fresh Indian Collection) " that you downloaded has 17 leechers, size ~ 7 GB, what is wrong with seeding that. Also few other torrents taht you downloaded have > 15 leechers, are u are saying no one is downloading anything.

Download ratio music torrents and seed them for a long period. Also keep seeding whatever you upload at unlimited speed.
You can check "HOT torrents" by clicking on "UL" or "DL" on torrent page (click on "torrents" on top menu) and the system will assort torrents in dec order of torrents with max number of people dling/uling.

Yes that is what I am saying. I have downloaded about 11 torrents and have been seeding them none stop for over a week. I have attached a screen shot take a look.

The torrent you mentioned is in the list and I have seeded 2.6gigs of it, but your records show that I have only uploaded 1.87gigs.
I am more than willing to seed I just wish your tracker seeded off of me.

well, that screenshot also shows that you downloaded 7.91 GB, but ur profile shows less. Prob is that tracker didnt get updated and you exited utorrent before it could update. hence do a tracker update everytime you are about to close utorrent to make sure not to lose any data.

Keep seeding even if you get banned, once it reaches 0.65, contact us and we will lift your ban. If nothing works out, you also have the option of donating in order to gain upload amount.
