he meant if u UPLOAD THIS ALL SERIALS in other site....

he didnt mean to say DONT TELL ANY1 ABT THE SITE...of course tell every1 abt this site so it grows bigger and bigger....u wont get BANNED for tht....if u want to tell them then tell them and give them ur USERNAME of this site..like for example if u wanna give this site add to some1 then tell them to REGISTER and tell them to REFREA as rabia....and then u can see how many ppls u got into this site by going into ur PROFILE........
