Hi!
Look, ur rules r great n do contain nice ideas but not enuff fair sometimes!!! Why? I tell u then! me, as a user from Iran, who cannot have enuff speed will certainly face problems with the 2 weeks ultimatum in gaining the 0.65 ratio. I surely will try my best not to be a sheer leecher but i do have many problems in here with the speed of my connection!there is a general rules in this country that home user cannot use more than an specific speed! what is that speed 128 KB ADSL! what do i have is a 256 KB but still the speed is not as real as it is promised by the ISP! I easily cannot have a credit card to donate as well! so it would become a big hell 4 me! Please think of these kinda conditions as well and consider some exceptions! |

Yeh... That’s a good idea; I think every member must seed something. If every member seeds at least one so there will more seeder then the members
