It should work... unless you are hitting some other dns or port issue... are u able to ping dctorrent ?

It just started downloading now after i re-installed the utorrent. just few minutes back

earlier when i click download it just shows that frame that file is moving from folder to folder BUT WITHOUT PERCENTAGE as if it is hanged. and it never comes to the open or save. this was from morning so decided to send you all a note in the evening

I was actually using utorrent 1.7.6.

i'm Using Utorrent 1.7.5 and i'm able to download but is it okay or not? should i still download Utorrent 1.76?? help please!

it is common rule that everyone follows... don't fix it if it is not broken

till now 1.7.5 is allowed... don't know when it will be banned too .. but if u have bandwidth then upgrade to 1.7.6 as it fixes few security bugs... rest u can continue using the current utorrent..

It is generally recommended to not use any port in the range 6881-6889. µTorrent only uses one port, however, so you only need to forward one. It is best to use a port number above 10000. Open the Options, click Network Options. You can change the port in the box next to "Port used for incoming connections." However, it takes a restart of µTorrent to take effect. Make sure you do not run two clients with the same port!

If it is non-music then you are hitting wait time... Your ratio is less than .75

Thank you so much guys for the info. I restored my system therefore, i've lost all my torrents that I have downloaded so, I was trying to download the music to upload and get my ratio high. As i posted before that its not letting me download so maybe because of my ratio. Any suggestion that could help my ratio get high? Thank you once again.

I request you to enable Bitlord please. I urge very strongly. Bitlord is the only client that I kow till date which supports HTTP proxy. All other clients just allow proxy for connection with the tracker but not communication between peers.

Please consider my request.
