if we don't get access dined msg or banned client msg and i'm able to download without any msg is that ok?

Pls someone help me after the upgrade of dctorrent i am getting this error and cant download any file, the error is

" A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host. "

even though i am using utorrent 1.7.6 mentioned here, pls give solution.

using peerguardian ? disable it
