1) Which torrent are you trying to download? Can you provide me with the link so that I can test DL it
2) Have you configured utorrent properly sometimes there are little things which one does not configure and hence the error occurs. Read this: Complete Download Guide [uTorrent]

Is this an announcement about banned clients or general Help section, where you can get answer to any kind of question of yours.

Anyways, the first page says, you will not be able to DL and UL with banned clients. If you do so you will be banned. In my client, in majority of torrents from DcT, i can still see banned clients in peers list. Why are people still able to DL with banned clients? Why dont they get banned?

Off topic: Next time someone asks any thing other than banned client, ask them to look into help section, rather than replying them here. These announcements look more like general help.

@sam84 Dear, this must have been discussed many times by now. People cannot download using the banned clients in any way. Even if they do there ratio would not be updated. We would catch those people using the banned client if they are trying to download through unscruplous means.

Thank you for your suggestion (off topic) but I believe it is my duty to help those people no matter where they post. I have told the person above that he should post in help desk section and even after the first warning the person does not listen then further steps are taken by mod and not me.

how are u opening torrent files ???

There are two ways :
-opening it directly ie pressing open from download bar..
- saving it to disk and opening fom ur computer.,.

try using other way u r using now... .

Also, it seems like utorrent is not default file handler,.

I had configure Utorrent 1.7.7. as per the guide but the last optin means Port option it gives the option the port is not available. Now please me what to do.

First of all you are suppose to do some search and read guides.... did you do that ???

Then , you were told to open thread in help section if none of guide/help thread helps you... but you are still posting in announcements...

The only reason of asking the same question again after 10days was to know if really the staff is doing something to stop banned client users. Banning clients came out 3 weeks back, by now majority of the users using banned client should be already banned.



Just to see the progress, I looked into peers list of only four movie torrents (Members Only):

And if I look at peers list of public torrents (Music, TV) then the list goes on and on. Is it 100% guaranted that the ratio is not updated of users using banned clients? Because at few places I noticed, ppl DL with banned client, and UL nothing. Then i should also DL movies with banned clients (no ratio update), and music with uTorrent. Anyways, I got the answer. Thanks.

Hopefully. Its hard to filter out users from 35,000+ users, but lets hope for the best.

Has this got something to do with Acess Denied or Banned Client? This question should go in Torrent/Tracker Forum.

When you click on Download, you get a dialog box, asking to Open or Save. Cick on Save, then open it from your hard disk. If you are already saving it then try opening it directly.
