ya i am utorrent 1.7.7 only. But i face that error whenever i upload a file and when i seed it.

Do this ...

recreate torrent but not put tracker at first shot,.,

guide has been modified by our mods to show the same... follow the new guide

i get a similar error msg, Connection Error (socketException:Permission Denied:Connect)

only get this with this site, evything else workin fine.

Are you using peerGuardian ?? If yes then you need to manually add exception to ip address of DcT ...

or is there any firewall blocking DcT ?
