HEy Guys How r u ? I have two Question its like hard for me so i need ur help

1) 1st Question is : How to rEmove the trojan from our pc.

2) Do u know wat is it doin like look at the picture below .... Can nyone help me how to figure out thoes problem

Open Task Manager and End Process Tree for csrss.exe.. Just for info this is a microsoft related critical component for running windows.. Incase you get an error that it is a critical window event leave it and look for another one.. There should be more.. Once done run an Anti-spyware.. Avg.etc.. You have the name of the Worm above.. Make sure you get rid of it.. If you cant delete the process in task manager try safe mode too..

yeh u r rigth bro its not allowing me to end procwess from regular window its says u cannot end the process of crss.exe . So i will try tat at safe mode but bro wat about if i m not able to end process at safe mode .... thn wat i should do

please run the anti virus software and see if you can remove the trojan from the anti virus run the full version afterrwards it will ask you to delete the torjan if that does not work try to quarantne the trojan

There are other ways too then.. But hopefully ur issue should be solved.. If you delete the file in safe mode.. Even if you can't delete it run Avg or any other good spyware\virus program and u shuld be ok..

Incase this doesnt work. after you try it.. WIll think of something else..

the trojan is probably removed but its entry remians.
start->run
type msconfig and press enter
remove the startup entry which leads to "csrrs.exe"

ohk i will try bro thanks n regarding the star ---> run it doesnt display the crss file in there . But i will try To remove it in safe mode thanks for helping me

sorry guys i tried on safe mode but it didnt work ny other i need to try plz help me guys n thoes trojan from my pc is not goin .. Ny tips for tat ... thanks for helping me if possibe can u help me again plzzz

Did u try anti-spyware\virus? No u didnt..

Try AVG antispyware( free edition ).. They have this trojan listed in their signature database.. It should definitely remove it..
