I have a 16mb connection. I get a download speed of around 1mb/sec but the upload speed does not pass 30kb/sec. And I tried changing the maximum speed from 40 to 100 to unlimited but it still wont budge.

test ur speed @ some online test site : speedtest.net or others

also make sure ur utorrent/firewall/router is properlly set...

lastly, your upload speed depends on speed of ppl downloading from u.. if they are @ slower speed,,, ur upload speed can't be high..

if there are good number of seeders and less leechers then dear your upload speed will be low.

jab we met is having 1 leecher
the universe secret is havign 2 leechers

in these torrent your upload speed will depend on the download speed of the leecher.
plus you will upload to him or not it will depend if other seeders r active on not

n bollywood top beauties there r 23 leechers and 23 seeders as well

so these leechers are not only taking data from your but from 22 other seedeers as well
now if out of those 22 seeders there are 3-4 high speed uploaders then these leechers might not consume your total bandwidth.

anyways this is basic understanding

please contact your isp and ask what is your uploading speed somtimes isp intentionally keeps lower upload speeds and high download speeds in connection

then check if your ports are forward correctly and if not go to portforward.com and forward your ports.
