unable to creat new thread

Hi!

I just joined this site. and i am deing to post an very rare old ovie.
but i am not allowed it seams!

i read in some post that i should be 45 days old in forums or i should have 25-30 posts
i have posted more than 25 times..

so why cant i post??

Your account is not more than 45 days old.

Read : "Thread Creation Rules For New Users" :-
Thread Creation Rules For New Users

It clearly says "To post a new thread with attachment You must be older than 45 days in DC."

You just need to wait few more days or couple of weeks.
