I'm creating this thread for those noobies who r not aware of the posting rules.
I've found similar posting regarding the issue's "can't post new thread/Can't attach file/files & torrent,tracker error" Here is the Posting rules again for the mostly new users: > To post a new thread with attachment You must be older than 5 days in DC. > OR you have to have 10 general post to enable the attachment option.
