I was just looking arounnd and I found social groups.Can anybody tell me how can i create social groups.??

I am not really sure but looks like only mods can create groups. I get this message when I tried to create one.
I guess the admins have disabled the option for users.

Yes my brother you are right. Well at least I think you are, because I don't see any other way of creating a social group.
