HEY BUDDY I HAV A GUD CONN HAVIN 50KBPS UPLOADING SPEED BUT FROM LAST COUPLE OF DAYS I CANN,T ABLE TO SEED MY TORRENTS ..IS THERE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY CONN OR IS THERE ANY RULE FOR HIGH SEEDIN RATIO LIKE BAN N ALL

First off all, please don't post in caplocks.
Now to your problem - what client are you using? What does it say in the Tracker Status part when you try to seed? There might be enough seeders already on what you're trying to seed so possibly you won't be connected to that. What torrent are you trying to seed?

actually i m tryin 2 seed ma own posts n i m using bittorrent 6.1.1

when i start ma client it is showing 1 seeder as me n 1 peer but still i cann,t able to find any uploadin speed on my client

move to utorrent 1.8.1

make sure your connectable , i.e. port open in firewall/router
