My current ISP is shutting down internet service end of Aug in Brampton Ontario (Canada). I need best ISP for torrent uploads and downloads. ISP that is not slowing down my speed on torrents.(like Rogers and Bell
 ).I know this site for canadian isps but I need somebody that is running internet service and have no problem on torrents Hope this is the right section for help  |

Google is developing tool to detect if ISP throttling your connection.
Google To Develop ISP Throttling Detector - HotHardware Is there any tool out there yet for stopping isp form throttling connection. |
