Help uploading

Hi
I am using U torrent
I am unable to upload with high speeds , i am seeding 5 torrents and with 8-10 leeches but still i am getting total upload speed of 7-8KBps plz give suggestions

make sure u have utorrent port open in firewall/router and ur connectable

hmmm ..... u are connectable ..... then try this optimum settings for ur client.....

wana increase your DL and UL speeds ...check this out.

ALso if u can ... the please post a screen shot of ur up/down speed.
