Default Help With Port Forwarding[Solved]

I have been having this problem for about 4 days now. Looks like I am not able to connect to other peers . It was working fine and I thought it would get back to normal, but it hasn't till now. I don't know if my Internet provider is deliberately doing this as I keep utorrent running 24/7.

I looked the port forwarding guide but could not figure it out I don't know how to find the DNS. Right now I am just using a random port. I am able to download and upload but not getting the speed which I used to get

I don't use a firewall either.

Any help would be appreciated

My router is D-Link DI-524
My internet provider is a local one...not a big name

I am stuck in step 4 in this page - PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall
It talks about static ip and DNS

I haven't made any changes. It randomly started doing that.

Okie, i just saw this page Port Forwarding for the Dlink DI-524

i havn't read the 4th step(where u were stuck)....
as b4 that ....i want u to do 1 thing ....
Enter these in ur TCP/IP properties box

IP : 192.168.0.11
subnet mask : 255.255.255.0 (waise, it wud come automatically)
default gateway : the same address u got when u did ipconfig/all in command prompt.

Leave the DNS names as it is(u can also see from ipconfig/all).
Else log into your router's web interface, and look at your router's status page. On that page you should see an entry for DNS Servers or Name Servers. Write down the ip adresses of your Name Servers

Press OK for all the windows.

Now follow the guide for port forwarding.

Okie ... leave it 4 now ...
Try to use the same DNS address that u had b4(u can see those by ipconfig/all).
Or try these open DNS's
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

After u have a set static ip.. follow this guide..
Port Forwarding for the Dlink DI-524
