i buy a new ram and installed it on cpu then i unpluged my hard drives and pluged it back correctly then turned on my pc and i was shocked ram working fine but |"my computer" not showing my secondary slave hard drive which i use to store my music etc. then i open disk managment it also not showing my slave drive it shows my drive that have windows installed. i turned off pc and chen plugs & cables of both drive but i only can use & see my window installed drive.

help please give suggestion

is it IDE or SATA ?

if IDE... is primary slave connected to same IDE as master ? and make sure you dint play with jumper settings ie both should be cable select (CS) .....

if you dint play with anything .. just make sure both HDDs are connected to same IDE cable... and primary is at the farthest end...

if it is SATA ... need to make sure connection are fixed...

Also, what does ur BIOS say...check its settings and make sure it is set to automatic for all primary / secondary + master / slave..

You said "secondary slave hard drive"

what is your secondary master ? is it CD / DVD ? and what is ur primary slave ?
