utorrent 1.8 has a big bug in it.... everyone on my torrent list updated it and when i am downloading the max i get 30kB/s even though my download was up to 300kB/s

Most likely a case of Port Forwarding. Let me know if you have forwarded your ports or not.

yeh port is opened firewalled disabled... still the same problem... I restarted pc tho... and next day... its up to max download weird stuff.... Thanks anyway.

So its working now from what I gather, right?
