I see following message in my acocunt.

You have 1 hour, 53 minutes and 53 seconds remaining before your account will be banned, within this time you MUST make your ratio equal to or above 0.6

As my upload ratio is low I get the below msg. To increase the UL ration I paid donation to upload data to my account.
My receipt number is 0346-3006-1914-5714.
Would you please confirm that my account is not banned.

How do I get a confirmation for this. It still sont appear in my acocunt.
