A group of Hindus attacked a Muslim village in northern India on Saturday night, police said yesterday, setting fire to homes and killing three people. The attack was prompted by rumours that cows, considered holy by Hindus, had been slaughtered for the Islamic Eid-al-Fitr celebrations.

Hindus from neighbouring areas attacked Mehndipur village in Uttar Pradesh and set fire to dozens of houses after being told villagers had killed the cows for a feast to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan. A police investigation revealed that no cows had been slaughtered in the village.

Sorry for any hindus here but I have been to India thrice and always noted that hindus hates Muslims while Muslims don't. This is my personal experience so you can't say its not true. There might be people who are not like this but I am talking in general.

i am muslim and also afghan i have lived in india 12 years i am in sweden right now. what i want to say is that the time i was india so i found there hindus which hate and also which love muslims too so i had many hindu friends too as our elders says that all five fingers r not same ppl are also not same.
i have friends from pakistan too. but there are pakistanis who hate our afghan ppl. if u see so afghans are also muslim but still they r being hate of some hindus or pakistanis so ppl are different.

i am a person who hates no one except those alqaidah,taliban, osama and bush.

I dont get it why some people think like this (violently).
Just for an example take me.I am a muslim and I live in Canada which is a multi cultural country and same is my school but never had such problem with any one.I came in canada only a while ago before that i was in Dubai and had no friends having different religion.But when came here, came to know different people, their lifestyle etc which i found rreally good.The environment in the school, between friends and others is also very good and everyone respects each others religion and me too also have many good friends of different religion. We stay happily, enjoy our school life and care about each other. Others should be the same too.Another example is DC we all are good friends, help everyone and care about each other over here too while there are many different people here.

Hopefully there will be no fight or use of bad lang.
