Isnot it serious issue that UN is unable to play its role in all major decisions. Mostly decisions are not caarried in UN but forced to UN. Should not third world countries have their own representative organization....?????

The UN is Basically USA, when the matter at hand does not concern China and Russia !! World Bank is a scam organisation that has been giving outrageous unpayable loans to third world countries since its conception which are redirected from US funds. These funds are groped by corrupt elite political groups rather than put to good use, which in turn makes the country indebted to US. Thats how US literally buys other's votes in UN.
