This program is a frontend to FFMpeg, the transcoding engine behind the majority of freeware video conversion programs. Here are some notes on this one: * No decisions to make: except whether you want to convert to FLV or SWF. No resizing, changing aspect ratio or bitrate, etc. This is part of why I like this program. The resulting video will have the same resolution, aspect ratio, bitrate … etc, as the original. * Super fast: probably because it is not re-encoding individual video and audio tracks but simply creating a new container. * Supports SWF: which is simply fantastic. * Memory use: a nice compact 8 megs. Wish list * The ability to go the opposite way (FLV to AVI). I know you can do this with any number of freeware conversion programs (which I mentioned above), but it would be nice to have this functionality here as well using the same simple interface, without giving the user a battery of decisions to make. * Portability. It would seem that a portable version would be very easy to implement. The verdict: a very nice free tool to keep in your collection, especially if you just want a simple 1:1 format conversion and re-encoding. Example: one part of the LAN is behind the NAT server or firewall and this firewall/NAT blocks all connections from the inside. Using billboard you can publish your reminders/notes and ToDos to other users, connected to the same billboard as well as send them private messages. Address book. Address book can hold information about other users - their nickname, computer name and additional info. Address book is widely used for messaging. All persons from your address book periodically checked for availability for LAN messaging. Links. This additional feature can be used for fast reaching different documents and locations. You can create any link (to the web-site or any document from your hard disk, for example) just by dragging file from any file manager or other program and dropping it near the corresponding ToDo or note (or independent "Links" folder) in main window. Steps to create a CD if you have downloaded Active@ ISO Burner: 1. Download the ISO CD image to a folder on your computer. 2. Insert a blank CD in your CD-RW drive. 3. Run Active@ ISO Burner. 4. Type the path to ISO image file or click Browse button to locate it via standard File Open dialog. 5. Click the [BURN ISO!] button to start the process of writing ISO image to CD.  Click the "Settings" link to open Burner Settings dialog. Default settings are shown below.
