Hide Folders® XP is a simple but ingenious program for Microsoft Windows XP and 2000 users. Every day we trust our personal files to a computer. Who knows how many people will want to get access to them? If you share your computer with coworkers, children, spouse or your computer is always connected to the Internet, your private files are under threat of being revealed. Since 2001, our Hide Folders software products help our users to hide private files and folders from prying eyes.

No any way to hide a folder or a file as easy as Hide Folders XP does!
With Hide Folders XP you can easily protect any number of folders and files on your computer. You can select any file or folder to protect from the program, drag-and-drop the desired files and folders from Windows Explorer into the Hide Folders XP window or just right click mouse button on a file or folder in Explorer and select “Hide & Lock with Hide Folders XP” from the drop-down menu.
There is no way that you can put code in a hidden folder, if you want to password protect it you will have to create a zip file or a rar file I agree with trojan there is no way that i know if it might be possible.

But, there is an application that can do that as i have quoted it i have used it wasnt satisfied but you can give it a shot it password protects your folders was usefull when used it

Default Re: Private folder

go for folderlock.
search the crack on the net otherwise trial version will xpire at any moment.
this software has its own folder where u can dump ur stuff and put sum passwords
when u log out it automatically hids the fldr
windows search tool cant search the contents of that folder onceu logout
there r ways to hack into this soft butnot that easy
chalta hai it wil serve ur purpose not to worry.
hope this helps
