My pc is virus infected. the virus its having is VUNDO.GEN.H (Trojan).
Whenever i switch on the pc...it shows tht this virus has been removed...but this happens everytime i switch it on. Secondly, everytime i switch on the pc it shows error called EXCEPTION PROCESSING MESSAGE c00000a3 PARAMETERS 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c. Iv scanned my pc number on times but the problem is its not getting quarantined....plz help me out.

which AV are you using ?

To clean it up, try using SuperAntiSpyware (free edition), Asquared (free edition) or DrWeb CureIt (free).

then disable and reenable system restore for drive C

im using mcafee 2008..

then update it .. to the latest one .. n scan for it ..

if it is not removed then try
kis 2009 Kaspersky .. ok it will work .. i removed it in that way

My Pc was also infected by a version of "Trojen - Vundo" (got it from that stupid Mario game I downloaded from the net). Nothing worked and I was on verge of reinstalling Windows. Then I tried "Vundofix" (a freeware) and it got rid of the Virus in a couple of minutes.

and where u gt this vundofix from ??

iv taken print screen to make it easier for ul to solve my problem..but is there anyway i can post them in reply
