I am assuming that you are using swap magic or perhaps a mod chip, i am sure a few games will definitely give this problem, while other will work fine...One of the things you need to make sure is that you use a good dvd...by that mean use something like verbatim...I am not sure if online links are allowed, but here you go...do check out this website for ps2 burning tutorials:
