hi guys i want a video converter software that can convert 2 vcd movies(mpeg 1) to perfectly divx 1 cd(700 mb).

I tried different software didnt got what i wanted.

The software should be like i should be able to convert by joining any video files together and converting it to 1 cd divx(700 mb).
