Hi guyz,

I hav been facing this problem since i have installed a latest version of JET AUDIO. Wenever i try to play any video on jet aud most of the time it gives me an error of video and audio( specially for divX files )...earlier in old version i never faced this kind of problem. I upgraded it when i formatted my computer. I hav also installed K-Lite codecs pack. So, if ne1 hav any idea regrding this, plz hlp me out...will really apriciate you...

are these videos playing on other media player...?

is there any specific reason u want to stick with jet audio or used it initially.,., ,

if not ,. then why dont u try switching to vlc player... just google it and u will be able to download it ., it is freeware and contains all codecs in it., .,

it is very light weight,. so doesnt consume lots of computer resources and is backed up by tons of keyboard shortcuts,.,.

give it a try,.,

yes these videos are working fine in all other players...i really love jet audio becoz of its keyboard shortcuts..siound quality...other filters....and there are many thing which anyone will love in jet audio after using it once..

now as i said these videos are working fine in other player then might be possible that its a problem of codecs...if ne1 has idea hoe to install codecs for jet audio..pls tell me...will really appriciate for that

see if there is an update option in jet audio iteself, if there is update it fully to all you can find.

If you still want to stick with Jet Audio.. There are many softwares which can tell you which codec (A/V) is used to rip/encode video. google it and you will find many ... I used gspot long time back ie before vlc time as then we need to manually install each n every codec... but these days we get whole package...

As you know that you have issues with DIVX files. Did you try installing their code from divx.com.... As you don't install codecs for player... you install them for computer.. ie per system... As this might be possible that other players in which video is working have inbuild codecs and Jet audio wants codecs to be installed separately.

Also there are 2 types of K-codec pack... lite and regular... so while installing the K-codec pack, you can do customize install and let you choose lots of other codecs that are not installed as part of typical install... again I used this long time back ie before vlc time as then we need to manually install each n every codec...

hey man just go to google and make a search for divx codec and download divx player then u r every problem will be solved

the problem is being solved...
the issue was jet audio was not supporting few video files...
now comes the resolution...
few days back i format my computer ...but jet audio was still working cos it was installed on other drive..so i started to find out the things from the root level..
i install jet audio again on my computer on the same location....still no results...
then i delete(manually) the files of jet audio from installed folder and again install jet audio on same location..now each and everything is working fine on my jet audio..
again much appriciated for all of your efforts..and we shud now CLOSE this thread.
