guys..its about my laptop..i bought a DELL LAPTOP 10 months ago and now iam facing this problem.i dont know what happend..but i cant access the task manager , user acccounts, search bar, home page is stuck on some shit site (i cant change it), msn messenger..when i try accessin task manager,a message is cmin tellin "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"..what should i do.i dont know if this is the right place 2 put this topic.but guys ,help me please.."I LOVE MY LAPTOP"..!

Are u logged in as admin ????? That is the only logical question I think of....

Unless you installed something and/or your computer got infected by virus...

log out and login as administrator.. the account you created while installing windows ... or if it came preinstalled.. then read the manual for admin account...

I would back up and reinstall OS.

boot into safe mode and decrapify the notebook uninstall any software you might have installed around the time the prob Ist occured.
If that doesn't help try Spybot: Search and Destroy for any Spyware you may have...

im not logged in as admin...thtzz wht..i cnt do tht..user accounts is also blockd..i cnt access to tht..its not by any virus..i've done full virus scan nd nuthin is found..i need 2 log in as administrator....

...and the RUN command is also blockd...

log out and login again... try alt+ctrl+del and log off.. .or start log off

if u r not logged in as admin.., majority of system services will not be available..

please just reinstall windows software again and try to see if you have any movies or any thing try to burn that if not you may have to take it to dell or ask the dell dealer to come to your house or office to check your laptop

boot up ur computer tap F8 and a menu screen will come up, select Safe Mode, and the computer should load, might take a little time. Once loaded select the account named Administrator and go to control panel> user settings and change ur account type to Administrator account.
