I m back with a link which show your internet speed that you are connected with and you can check the time (approx)that will take you to download the file size based on the Internet speed
Just thought of sharing with you all.Do leave all your comments and suggestion

not a bad speed test esp, since it is hosted by intel or it under the domain of intel.
My personal favs are
Speakeasy - Speed Test
and Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test
